Spoke with Brian over the phone and he was amazing, very knowledgable. Due to the type of accident he was unable to represent me, but if I ever have any issues I will call him first. I would absolutely recommend him for personal injuries or questions.

If you need a personal injury attorney Mr. Laughlin is the one. Mr. Laughlin took my son’s case even though we knew that it was going to be a tough case to win. He always explained everything (he was always updating us by phone or email) and made sure my son and I understood everything. He always listen to my son and I. This statement is intended to clarify and/or elaborate on certain aspects about the need for an Attorney when a workplace accident happens and why Brian Laughlin is the best choice in representation. It is a fact that Workman's Comp laws and procedures and complex and confusing. Further it is a fact that the insurance company responsible for insuring you get paid as agreed and providing the funding and approvals of medical care and rehabilitation will do anything and everything they can to either deny or delay these necessary payments mandated by law.I could not have made a better choice of having a qualified and experienced Attorney represent my interests while I healed and recovered. I've personally used Mr. Laughlins service twice for workmens compensation claims. Each time a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders as soon as he took over my case. All I had to do was concentrate on healing and getting back to full strength without the stress of having to deal with the insurance companies back and forth games. I hired Brian after a terrible dog bite and was represented better than I imagined. Brian had my best interest at heart through out the process. Brian has excellent analytical and advocacy skills.
